We are a research group led by Dr. Janani Hariharan in the Biology department at Bucknell University. Our questions broadly revolve around microbial ecology and evolution with a focus on microbial communities that live in the soil and water. We combine techniques from microbiology, molecular biology, and bioinformatics to understand how microbial communities co-exist and evolve under stressful conditions.
